In July 2008, the Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences (ICES), in collaboration with the Cardiac Care Network of Ontario, released a Report on Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) Surgery in Ontario, fiscal years 2005/06 and 2006/07.
